Directions for Use
-
Preparation:Gently clip away any excess hair around the wound area to ensure the spray can directly reach the wound and to prevent matting.
-
Cleaning:Clean the wound thoroughly with a mild antiseptic solution (such as diluted povidone-iodine or saline solution) to remove any dirt, debris, or exudate. Pat the area dry with a clean cloth or gauze.
-
Shaking:Shake the Intas D Mag can well before each use to ensure proper mixing of the ingredients.
-
Application:Hold the spray can approximately 5-10 cm (2-4 inches) away from the wound.
-
Spraying:Press the nozzle to release a thin, even layer of the wound healing spray for dogs onto the entire wound surface. Ensure complete coverage without oversaturating the area.
-
Drying:Allow the spray to dry naturally. Avoid touching or allowing the dog to lick the treated area immediately after application. If necessary, an Elizabethan collar (cone of shame) can be used to prevent licking.
-
Frequency:Reapply Intas D Mag wound healing spray for dogs 1-2 times daily, or as directed by your veterinarian, until the wound has healed completely.
