Boulk9 capsules for dogs & cats come from the house of Enavant Pet Care. It is Saccharomyces Boulardii yeast CNCM I-1079 capsule 250 mg (5 Billion CFU).

Saccharomyces Boulardii (S. boulardii) directly inhibits the growth of several pathogens (e.g. Salmonella typhimurium, Yersinia enterocolitica) and has toxin-inhibiting properties through the production of proteases able to degrade Clostridium difficile toxins and E. coli endotoxin. It helps restore gut flora and amount of good bacteria in the gut thus improving digestion & stool quality. It is unaffected by gastric acid and bile secretion. It has powerful anti-inflammatory properties and acts as a source of energy inducer and immunomodulatory by increasing IgA levels which help fight sickness. Also useful in cases of diarrhea and inflammatory bowel disease.

Usual dosage is 1 capsule per 5kg bodyweight in dogs, puppies, cats & kittens.
